Two options! 4 Courses for $20 or 4 Course for $40

$20 Course 1

Moules vermouth ~ Fresh mussels steamed in sweet vermouth, pancetta, and tomatoes.  
Moules a la crème Epicee ~ Fresh mussels steamed in coconut milk and Caribbean spices. 
Olive Tapenade and Hummus ~ Served with crisp pita bread chips.  
Pate de foie de poulet ~  Chicken liver pate served with herbed crustini.

Soup Du jour or Petite salad 
 
$20 Course 3
Walnut and Cranberry Stuffed Chicken Breast ~  Finished with Gorgonzola sauce, served with whipped potatoes.   
Stuffed Eggplant ~ Roasted eggplant stuffed with tomato Israeli couscous, aromatic vegetables, pine nuts, with warm goat cheese.  
Bistro flat Iron Steak  ~ Pan seared with sauce au poivre, served with whipped potatoes. 
Trout Meuniere almandine  ~ Sautéed Rainbow trout with a lemon brown butter sauce with toasted almonds.  Served with duchess potatoes.  
Butternut squash risotto  ~ Creamy Arborio rice cooked in white wine with caramelized onions, butternut squash, spinach, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese.

Tournedos Bercy ~ Seared medallions of beef tenderloin with chardonnay infused Demi- glace.  Served with whipped potatoes. 
Polenta Napoleon ~ Fried polenta stacked with spinach, roasted red pepper, and warm mozzarella cheese, finished with tomato coulis. 
Chicken Madeira ~ Sauteed Breast of chicken with a mushroom and Madeira wine sauce.  Served with duchess potato.   
Seared Scallops ~ Fresh seared scallops with a blood orange hollandaise and fried polenta.  
Soy-Glazed Tuna ~ Glazed Ahi tuna with wasabi sour cream, hoisin sauce, and julienne potato slaw.
